In 2012/13, United finished 1st with 13 clean sheets. Last season, United had 10 clean sheets and finished 15th. So, what does that tell us about the team? Absolutely NOTHING. This is not a comparison, it's an example that you can concede a lot of goals and still win the league and you can have a lot of clean sheets and still be shit. If you still see football in black and white, your understanding of the game is limited. There are many aspects of the game that show whether progress has been made or not, and the most important ones suggest THE IMPROVEMENT IS THERE. Whether you like it or not for your own personal agendas, that's your problem. You can't change facts.
