@epicnephrin_e To me , the first thing is to accept the fact. Because most of the times the victim(he or she) is not heard, just because the person, against whom the allegations are is too powerful. We should accept the fact, crime has been committed , whoever it may be.

Victims of molestation don’t need solutions, advice, or “what you should’ve done” at first. They need safety, belief, and support. A space where they can simply be heard without judgment or pressure to “fix” it. Healing begins with being seen and supported, not solved. Prioritize presence over prescriptions.

@epicnephrin_e What I realised is that detachment, tough us the importance of attachment and emotional bond. It is just that we paid the price of detachment to learn the lesson. Ofcourse with a 😊.

@maiti_kausik Shibpur as khon IIEST after getting the central fund, So for admission in shibpur one has to appear for JEE Mains, not WBJEE. And top ranked students are choosing IIT's and NIT's over Shibpur IIEST and , for that reasons Shibpur is getting students of Lower merit.

@maiti_kausik Where as ,for admission in Jadavpur University Engineering section one has to give WBJEE and among top institutes Jadavpur University is top ranked, so automatically JU Getting cream students from WBJEE , So that is why even without getting funds JU is doing good in academic.
