@jacobus78700991 @atUncleMustache Funny how they made him the villian every chance, but we didn’t hear of many other “dictators”. Very odd now

@atUncleMustache I loathed this man due to US education- now I’m giving him a second look

@Truthriseswlove @ForgiatoBlow47 Would you rather suck 10 jew dicks one time or one big black dick 10 times?
English

@dicklord55 @ForgiatoBlow47 Wi. Randy, you are gay.

If Chud the Builder was actually guilty, the courthouse footage would already be public.
The fact it still hasn’t been released suggests it may support a self-defense claim, and prosecutors are trying to build a case anyway.
No matter how this ends, people have the right to defend themselves.
English

@Truthriseswlove @ForgiatoBlow47 What state are you gonna be an attorney in because I hope it’s California or New York. If not you’re about to lose a lot of fucking money in interest on school debt with these retarted comments.
English

@dicklord55 @ForgiatoBlow47 I’m about to get my law license, chimp. 😂
English

@ForgiatoBlow47 You can’t shoot unarmed people. Just STFU
English

@Narddog4747 You are exactly right. It’s not right vs left anymore. I think we have figured out the Jews own this country. It’s about time we take it back, but when we “chimp out” it’s going to be a whole lot more powerful.

They're trying to make an example out of him and it will fail.
Everything has been taken from Gen Z. There is nothing left to lose. No amount of inconsequential material repercussions assessed by random boomer judges will prevent young men of high character from doing what needs to be done.

A judge has decided that if ChudTheBuilder makes bond, he will be required to: - Wear a GPS ankle monitor - Surrender his weapons - Avoid giving interviews - Avoid posting about the incident on social media

@realPatriot_Dad @BeefnBeanzTV Radicalness unfortunately may be the only way out of this. It’s not right vs left anymore.

My Open letter to DA Robert J. Nash. Please share with your sentiments as well.
Good Citizen
22 May 2026
District Attorney Robert Nash
[Office of the District Attorney]
Demanded Recusal and Resignation for the Characterization of Constitutional Rights as Privileges.
District Attorney Nash,
I am writing to formally express my profound disdain and unyielding opposition to your recent public characterization of Dalton Eatherly’s fundamental right to free speech and expression as a mere "privilege." This rhetoric is a direct assault on liberty, an insult to the Constitution you swore an oath to uphold, and a disqualifying display of legal philosophy for a chief prosecutor.
In the United States, freedom of speech is not a concession granted by government whim, nor is it a conditional benefit subject to the approval of a District Attorney. It is an unalienable right, inherent to all citizens and explicitly protected against government infringement by the First Amendment. When a public official tasked with the administration of justice redefines foundational liberties as privileges, they undermine the bedrock of our constitutional republic and signal a dangerous willingness to abuse the power of their office.
Your statements reveal a fundamental misunderstanding of—or a deliberate disregard for—the constitutional limitations placed upon your authority. A prosecutor who views the Bill of Rights as a list of government-sanctioned privileges cannot be trusted to administer justice impartially or to protect the civil liberties of the populace.
Consequently, your position in the matter involving Dalton Eatherly is entirely compromised. You have demonstrated a clear bias against the exercise of constitutional rights, rendering a fair and impartial administration of justice impossible under your current direction.
I demand that you immediately recuse yourself from any and all proceedings regarding Dalton Eatherly to ensure the integrity of the legal process. Furthermore, because your public statements demonstrate a philosophy fundamentally incompatible with the duties of your office and your oath of allegiance to the Constitution, I demand your immediate resignation as District Attorney.
The citizens of this community deserve a prosecuting authority who respects, defends, and upholds the constitutional liberties of all individuals, without exception.
Sincerely,
@realPatriot_Dad

@kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto Save it for later Ricky. All law is subjective to how you perceive it. Our rights however are not.
English

@lancesomerse @kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto Illegal is subjective dumbass. People get charged with stuff all of the time, and guess what? It gets thrown out. If it doesn’t I would be scared.
English

@dicklord55 @kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto Why are you correcting me, if I meant convicted I would’ve said convicted, he’s not been convicted yet dummy, and what chud did isn’t just illegal, it’s VERY illegal, your idol is getting an automatic 6 years minimum for picking fights with a black guy and he still survived lol
English

@TonyMichaelX The first amendment is a GOD given right. What a clown

“Dalton’s abuse of First Amendment privileges is what got us into this mess in the first place.” - DA Robert Nash
How about GO FUCK YOURSELF.
Tayler Hansen@TaylerUSA
ChudTheBuilder update: According to a witness who attended court yesterday— While advocating for a gag order on Dalton, DA Robert Nash reportedly told the judge that “Dalton’s abuse of First Amendment privileges is what got us into this mess in the first place.” Yes, he referred to the First Amendment as a privilege, not a right, before proceeding to blame Dalton’s speech for leading to the situation.
English

@kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto In politically correct terms can you afford to sacrifice another blow to the head when the police are more scared than you? Have you seen the police these days.
English

@dicklord55 @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto Bless your heart. None of us are lawyers, but let’s say, okay it was self defense. In Tennessee, self defense must be proportionate to what’s being defended. You can’t shoot someone for hitting you. You either have to hit them back or flee.
English

@lancesomerse @kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto Being tried and convicted are two different things, again not illegal.
English

@dicklord55 @kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto It is illegal where chud is in and that’s why he’s being tried? What kind of fucking statement is that
English

@lancesomerse @kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto It’s not illegal to do that. If subject is dumb enough to interact then that is his/her fault.
English

@dicklord55 @kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto That’s literally his whole brand, it provoked a black person, encourage them to attack him so he can kill them and claim self defence, hes BLATANTLY said that multiple times, he’s just made a MASSIVE oversight & been an idiot and now will be getting 6 years MINIMUM
English

@MajToure DAs block unverified cash from mobs and cartels daily so criminals can’t buy their way out. That’s not ‘tyranny’ Maj😂 It’s the standard playbook. Chud doesn’t get a pass just because his anonymous cash came from digital enablers

@StuntmanSeth @Ben377168327469 @TDEYeezy @Dexerto Yeah we have, and that’s exactly why we are ran by pedo satanist now.
English

@ohangryring @Dexerto He lost that right when he showed that he cannot own a gun responsibly
English

@kav3rnus @FthrCoughlin @Dexerto Getting threw in jail and being charged with crimes that he did not commit? It was not attempted murder, and if it is deemed self defense none of the other charges can stick. It’s obviously not going to stick.
English

@FthrCoughlin @Dexerto I'll bite. What's the malpractice? What would be the basis of a lawsuit?
English

@trimmerfund @0hour1 You dont understand the laws around fundraising. You can't raise funds to help with your kids cancer treatments and then by a BMW instead.
