@yatasbedding CEO @oztaskin & @Horoz_Lojistik your customer service is a nightmare. Horoz refused to deliver my order and auto-return. I offered to pick it up from nearest branch, you ignored it. Now Yataş is extending delivery by another 5 days. This is completely unacceptable.
