Just went to hot YOGA in Atlanta Georgia The class was entirely full of BLACK PEOPLE. AMERICAN BLACK PEOPLE. Everyone was black except me. And they said namaste & everything. They were way friendlier & more well-adjusted than white yoga people. Lots of smiles & eye contact

It’s completely impossible to defend yourself against a claim when the claimant isn’t required to specify any specific time/day/month/season or even the year it allegedly happened. There’s no possibility of an alibi, no way to show you couldn’t possibly be involved. No witness to the event. No evidence of any kind connecting Trump to the claim. I could just as easily claim that sometime at some point Kamala Harris grabbed my junk. She couldn’t prove otherwise.

The E. Jean Carroll case against President Trump is one of the strangest civil cases in American history. The foundational problem is this: Carroll could not identify when the alleged incident occurred — not even the year with any precision. That should have killed the case as dead as a skunk on the road right there. Without a temporal anchor, no defendant — regardless of guilt or innocence — can mount an alibi defense. Trump, who has maintained detailed calendars and staff records for decades, was denied the most basic tool of self-defense: the ability to establish where he was. That is not a technicality. It is a due process violation at the constitutional level. Then Carroll produced the one piece of physical evidence she claimed corroborated her account — the dress she wore during the alleged incident. It was subsequently established that the dress was designed after the incident could have occurred. The sole corroborating evidence falsified her timeline. The case proceeded anyway. The resulting verdict was then weaponized in a defamation suit — where Trump was held liable for denying the allegation, while being procedurally barred from defending against it, because it was already "proven" in another court, regardless how flawed the procedure was. He was punished, in effect, for asserting his own innocence. Compounding everything: coordinated professional and physical threats so thoroughly intimidated the legal community that attorneys refused these cases regardless of available fees. When you systematically destroy a defendant's ability to retain counsel of choice, you forfeit the right to a legitimate verdict. An allegation is not evidence. Process without substance is not law. And a verdict produced under these conditions carries no legitimate authority — whatever its formal status. Not only is it the right move to investigate Carroll, but every other person involved as well. Trump is owed serious damages here, and there may be a few people who belong in prison for their roles in the case.

When someone claims “Blacks are violent,” the racist narrative often stops there. That’s it. They cling to it because any other information would shatter their foundation. But consider this… In the United States, roughly 72% of registered sex offenders are white. Nationally, about 60% of reported child sexual abuse cases involve white perpetrators, compared to 19% involving Black perpetrators. Now picture the world racists say they want… a world without Black people. The grim irony? Roughly 80% of child sexual abuse would still be happening, carried out overwhelmingly by white offenders within the remaining population. Racists want to rid the world of diversity… so they can rape the innocent.

Black and white Americans United makes a Strong America. I believe Black Americans deserve reparations for the racist laws that stole generational wealth from black communities and kept the wealth gap wide amongst blacks and whites.

"So Black students like to dance at their graduation. Why does that bother you, White conservative? I know you're not racist, because there is no such thing as racism. You are an insecure people threatened by the people of dark skin who enjoy the most freedom. What we are witnessing today is not hate, but jealousy."

How is literally every conservative commentator missing the mark on the Chud issue? Chud isn’t “provoking” anyone. He’s attacking the cultural injustice that results in stories like these. If someone has a violent response to that, it’s because they’re violent, uncivilized, and hate whites. He’s risking his life to bring about meaningful change.

Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder is looking at anywhere between 15-42 years if convicted of all charges and they run consecutively. The breakdown: - Attempted Murder: 5-15 years - Firearm Enhancement: 6 years (mandatory) - Aggravated Assault: 3-15 years - Reckless Endangerment w/ deadly weapon: 1-6 years The last charge would most likely be maximum penalty considering video evidence shows (according to reports) that bullets struck nearby buildings in an inhabited dwelling, with people walking around outside as well. If anything, he will most likely be found guilty of this charge at a bare minimum. Also, it appears that a “Laylani Campbell” has been subpoenaed to potentially testify. It is my understanding after being sent information from a Facebook post that she currently works for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office. Let’s not forget, Joshua Fox still hasn’t been charged at all. If he was seen as the aggressor or instigated, then he would have been charged as well, especially given his criminal background. My early prediction: - (most likely) Bond will stay at $1.25 million with stipulations that Dalton cannot use his donation account as it was setup with the intention to help his family, not his legal fees. **I wouldn’t be surprised if the judge decides that he won’t have a bond after hearing the evidence tomorrow** - Dalton will be found guilty and be sentenced to 15-20 years in prison, likely able to be released earlier on good behavior…if he doesn’t continue practicing his first amendment rights schtick in prison.

You know the truth? If the black guy who attacked Chud was successful in killing him, the judge would rule he’s “incompetent to stand trial” and let him walk..

Gun-owner and daughter of a gun instructor here. You can’t legally shoot someone for punching you one time in the face. Especially after intentionally trying to incite violence.
FearBuck@FearedBuck

ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.

The man who attacked Chud the Builder is a national hero. He was man enough to protect black people's exclusive right to call each other the N word and speak disrespectfully to each other. This brother deserves a national holiday. Protect Black Freedom Of Self-Hatred.
