Were those peaceful bullets they used to massacre 35,000+ people in the streets around the country? Was it peace they were after by planning and providing material support for Hamas and their terrorist attack on Israel October 7th? That would open up a vulnerability across millions of installations and I don’t think that’s a viable business model for any IT company.

Starlink has never been available in Russia. “Russian Use” of Starlink within Ukraine territory was difficult to judge without using a strict whitelist control for all terminals in Ukraine. Until recently no such list existed. Tens of thousands of terminals had been shipped into Ukraine who knows how many had fallen into Russian hands or had been moved through an intermediary.

@PuffyFlumpkin @Ubiquiti Allowing? They’re not allowing anything. They don’t control the equipment after it leaves the distributor or retailer beyond supporting firmware updates. They don’t use a licensing system.
