@volotea oggi ho vissuto una scena inaccettabile. Una vostra dipendente scortese, arrogante, senza rispetto, si è rifiutata di fornire il codice identificativo “perché pubblico ufficiale”. Tra le tante cose ha ribadito più volte che dovevamo solo pagare e stare zitti. SCIOCCANTE.

@volotea Salve, ho scritto in privato ed inviato anche una mail al servizio clienti. Come posso seguire la vicenda ed essere sicuro che dei provvedimenti siano presi per davvero? Grazie
