Do any of you feel like more main characters should have died in the final stretch of AOT? Don't get me wrong, I adore the story, but honestly, Connie and Pieck living was kind of weird to me, Jean and Onyakopon too. It just felt off. Idk it doesn't ruin the story just a gripe.

@another_wetad I never talked about revenge. It's so funny when I argue with you guys and think my point is something like revenge or something similar, when Eren's MAIN motivation for doing the rumbling is his desire to see a free and unoccupied world. That's his most egoistic desire

Another one that didn't understand that Eren put Paradis in that shitty situation. Another one that spent too much time on reddit creating scenarios that didn't happen. Nothing new

There's legit people in the fandom that thinks the ending is bad because Eren and Mikasa didn't end up together as a happy couple after a successful rumbling.
Like that's just the garbageAnR ending. Switching out Historia won't make it good.

I feel sick just at the thought that the general public considers these to be Eren's motivations. I hate saying that I like him as a character when people misinterpret him so much.
I stopped recommending this story to friends or anyone. The less people watch/read it, the better

@chronolex_mia @AquariiSa yeah you're right. It's not all historia centric. ANR completely changes Eren's motivations turning him into some nationalist edgy guy, justifies a genocide and ignores many plot points like Eren plotting the declaration of war with Zeke or "that scenary" dream

@AquariiSa The problem is you thinking AnR is only Historia centric, its the the weight Eren has to carry for the consequences of his actions. In this case its a lot better because he's not going to be called a savior despite saving his country & family, he has to carry that to his death
