4/5 Auth, billing, teams, email — all wired up, not left as an exercise. → JWT + Google OAuth → Stripe subscriptions + webhooks → Orgs + Members + RBAC → User invites + transactional email → shadcn/ui, TanStack Query, Docker Compose

3/5 The stack: ├── apps/ │ ├── web/ → Next.js 14 (App Router) │ └── api/ → NestJS ├── packages/ │ └── shared/ → Zod schemas + types shared across both pnpm workspaces + Turborepo. One repo. One type system. No drift.

2/5 The problem with most Next.js boilerplates: They use Supabase or Firebase as the backend. That's fine for demos. It falls apart when you need: - Custom business logic - Complex role permissions - Real backend structure you can actually extend You end up ripping it out anyway
