I’m reaching out because I can see Pep hasn’t been getting the results lately, and in football sometimes you just need a steady hand to steady the ship, reset standards, and get a squad back to doing the basics at an elite level. If you need a Director of Football or an interim manager at any point, I’m your guy. I hold a UEFA B Licence and I’ve got real, hands-on experience stabilising squads and building momentum at Prestatyn Town and Flint Mountain. I’m used to stepping into situations where confidence is fragile, results have dipped, and the environment needs tightening up quickly while still keeping players on side and getting performances back. I know the level is different, but leadership, structure, selection, and clear principles travel well.
