@DundeeFC Appreciate maybe wanting to give players game time but, if the prize money I've seen is accurate, the difference between 10th and 7th is near 250k. Not chump change for Dundee. Should've been aiming for the highest possible finish.

@di_cranio 2 terrible teams playing dull, slow football. Thought Dundee would have a bit of intensity today seeing as the win is needed. They look like they think 1 goal is enough.

HT Dundee 1-0 Livi Dee well-deserving of their lead at the break. Congreve with the opening goal and they could've had more Livi have been lively too with Tait in particular threatening - he saw a chance well-saved by O'Hara So far so good for the Dee, more goals in this

@DundeeFC Haven't played since the week before the last derby. Possibly even before. Think I'll hang fire on that season ticket for next year. Championship beckons at this rate. Don't fancy us again Dunfermline or Partick

Besides the opening 10 mins and a bit of an improvement after the 70th, a pedestrian performance mostly devoid of ideas and quality. Quite concerning at the moment after a qualifying campaign of moments rather than consistency. Recording the pod tomorrow. What are your positives and negatives? The Scottish striker playing at the highest level is Oliver Burke (Union Berlin). McBurnie is scoring, but did he burn his bridges with Scotland? Robbie Ure & Ross Stewart decent shouts. TBH, I expect Dykes, Adams, Hirst & Shankland in WC squad, but we should also look at others.

@GorgieTalk Yesterday was a horrendous watch from both teams. Felt both had several more gears. It was a friendly so that's unsurprising. What annoyed me was that it was exactly the same as every other game with the intensity dialled down. We learnt nothing from that game. Didn't boo though

The booing topic is an interesting one. Personally don’t see the point in booing, it achieves nothing. The match is a friendly, a warm up. But the issue is all the other factors that surround it, people make their whole Saturday about this game and spending a lot of money to make the day happen. A bit of realisation needs to be used from Clarke here. People work hard, tickets and collateral of the game isn’t cheap and they witness that in return. It’s not the modern way, it’s recognise what people do to come to Scotland games. Be more aware of the supporters and what they give up to be here before judging them on voicing their displeasure.

Really poor start to the game here from Dundee, they've been second-best all over in the first 16 minutes Aberdeen just had a goal chalked off, took the free-kick too quickly

@Derry_central_ I wouldn't drop him. A lot of keepers in this league have mistakes in them. He's young for a keeper. He's made some good saves. Not his best week granted but, he'll learn and it's a major overreaction from folk about him being a liability imo. He's no Jack Hamilton! 🫣

A lot of people have short memories. McCracken all be it, has lost us 3 points this week but how many points has he saved this year? Disappointing giving the fact I think he’s been a standout this season.
