Tyler Robinson may be the shooter who killed Charlie Kirk. But the prosecution has not provided sufficient evidence to prove the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Blurry camera footage, trace amounts of DNA, it’s not enough to prove Tyler Robinson murdered Charlie Kirk. Everyone wants the one responsible for assassinating Charlie to die. Sadly, those in the “Tyler Robinson did it” camp think people like me want Tyler to walk. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. But the issue is, there is no undeniable evidence that proves Tyler Robinson is the assassin. This will be argued for the next 50 years.
