Absolutely true These were my numbers when I first started in May 2024, absolutely gruesome & worrying but to May 2026 it's a complete 360 turnaround 🫣😁😅 From 100 pax to 1000 pax/month From -198% to 30-35% Food Cost From -248% to 10-25% Net Profits Despite Working & Managing alone There was another big scene in Feb-March 2025 which brought me down to my knees- I'll save that story for laters 😅 Being in the F&B & With an MBA I didn't know one needs WC to sustain losses, in October I was facing closure & mounting pressures of Quitting my job at 29, parents worried, Debt piling & myself thinking wtf have I got myself into But 1 great thing I did was slash costs & pivot to things which would work & today by god's grace & with guidance from my mentors I am expanding in the same place 🙏🙂 Nothing more brutal than a F&B business

Claims rejected or short paid can be extremely painful for policyholders
Policies bought online have absolutely poor claim support
We are now helping 3 different cases
1. Cataract claim rejected by insurer due to suspicion of diabetes being pre existing conditons
2. Heart attack claim within 6 months of buying the policy
3. Short payment of the kidney stone claim due to overcharging by the hospital,
All of these policies have been bought online.
Now we are fighting with the insurers to help customers,
We have not charged a single penny ever from anyone to help them with claims.
We do this on humanitarian grounds,

Please dont buy policies online(through the insurer's website)
