Thank you for your attached comment @drpaulclarke. I am aware of the referenced podcast, but this doesn’t answer any of my questions. I’m also in contact with multiple doctors across numerous specialisms, and I’ve no doubt that they would like to ask you a few questions, that I’m happy to put to you. I’m sure that, as a neonatologist, your primary concern will be ensuring that the deaths of infants on a neonatal unit have been documented and recorded correctly. I’m sure that you wouldn’t, for example, wish that a baby who was experiencing all of the classic signs of a bowel obstruction, was wrongly deemed to have died due to air down the nasogastric tube (although Dr Evans can’t even get his theory straight on that one, or even the day of supposed attack). I’m sure that you wouldn’t wish that a baby’s death, who had lost 25% of its blood and had suffered a massive gastrointestinal bleed, was recorded as having died due to the hypothetical use of an indeterminate instrument and the supposed injection of air. Let's not go through every infant in the case. I feel certain that you would want to clarify your position on this matter, and quieten down suggestions that you’re siding with Dr Dewi Evans, who, to be generous, has not exactly covered himself in glory with his public conduct. I’m sure you will want to discuss these issues with me at the first opportunity, or indeed the many other journalists who would also be willing to speak with you. I’m sure that you won’t settle for speaking with just Liz and Caroline, who subjected nothing that you said to any scrutiny or challenge. I’m sure that you will want to speak with me, and put the record straight as soon as possible. Over to you, Sir. I look forward to hearing from you.

NMC evidence

@nazirafzal pls note. I complained to 3 clinical services about their abusive practices commencing TEWV NHS Roseberry Park forensic hospital in October 2010. All countered with malicious counter cases submitted to the NMC concluding 2015. All charges false inc tampered evidence.

@_nmcwatch nmc is essentially a prosecution service that operates in the style of a military court. Struck off in 2016 after 4 yrs ftp and 40 years of specialist service. 'Charges' frm complainant services followed my complaints to cqc about their illegal practices.

@_nmcwatch The NMC as a regulator and determinant of standards requires complete reconstruction. Hitherto it has and apparently continues to be a crude prosecution service that any police state would be proud of.

@CBFdn I think the issue of inexorable service-fatigue is ignored. The phenomena of direct service providers inevitably succumbing to performance-failure against a back drop of other personal and wider service deficiencies. The report, despite its competence could be viewed as a bashing

@CBFdn I'm happy to offer my general analyses of service culture formation having experienced the best and worst including regulator involvement since 1975. Now retired so should have plenty of time except that I seem to have less now than back when working!

@AnnMemmott What could be the purpose other than to keep the matter in the public eye. You might similar ask whether the parents of gay people are 'glad' they had their kids. Autism is a spectral matter so some are going to be 'less glad' but come on.. who is going to acknowledge even that?
