It’s beating the shows ass
Cause some characters have arcs that should take weeks, months in a single day
Some characters are having less than a day’s arc per day tbh
And some are having their entire character arcs happen off screen between seasons
This isn’t satisfying

I think it makes for a very compelling hook but The Pitt’s one season = one work shift structure is really beating people’s asses with respect to character development and interpersonal dynamics.
