beach trip in july.. i'm so anxious about not being thin enough by then. I know if I stay like this it'll consume my every thought. I won't be able to do anything but worry about how my summer clothes fit or having to skip swimming to avoid a bathing suit. I want to live freely!!

ok so my tdee is 1844-2121cals per day depending on how many steps i get. no wonder i wasnt losing any weight when i was eating 1800cals a day😭😭 i need to stay below 1200cals on days that i eat and i need to fast if i want to lose 40lbs by june :00

@vanillemoo personally i love it!! it helps a lot with my sugar cravings for wanting to chew on something. however i got 20 of them for $30 😭 so quite expensive, but i do think they’re worth it for helping me stay consistent
