Speaking to a few of our international clients over the past few days, what I have understood is that everyone in the business world is aware that the situation in Sri Lanka is back to normal, and that things are improving. However, what they all mentioned, was that the general public in those countries still think of us a place without fuel and electricity. My suggestion: we need a "Sri Lanka is back" campaign for the country as a whole. My dumb opinion is that this will not just further help tourism, but it may also further increase investor confidence. We are in a situation that many countries have not had the luck to be in.
