This customer signed a contract for some concrete work. He’s concerned because a friend told him that the job the contractor did could not be good because they got it done so quickly and is now refusing to pay the full amount, only $600 now and will pay the rest once the concrete cures and he sees it’s ok. I see this from both sides however I think he should pay the amount he agreed on. Most contractors warranty their work. If anything was to happen afterwords then I would expect them to come fix it. I wouldn’t without someone’s livelihood because of that. I understand that with any job there is a risk involved. Most of the time the work is done to my liking and there is no issues. On those rare occasions that things happen then I must trust that the contractor will do the right thing based on the contract we both signed. This principle applies to everything we encounter in life from cars to appliances we buy. I think the warranty is what protects us from faulty or defective services or products. I wouldn’t be surprised if the contractor files a lien on his home, I would expect that to happen. The homeowner should just do the right thing and fulfill his end of the bargain by paying for what he agreed upon.

ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.

LaMelo Ball and KBallout reportedly settled things outside court. She’s getting $25K–$30K monthly under an agreement not to mention or bash him publicly. She also claims he has no contact with the child and that he wants no involvement.

Maybe one day somebody will listen. Caitlin and Sophie are defensive liabilities within Steph’s defensive schemes. Between last year and this year, we have a nice sample size to show that. If Caitlin wasn’t Caitlin, Steph would bench her. She can’t, so she added defense.
