Outdoor track season ready

Indoor season been good to me thus far. NEW PRs EVERY WEEK.

My best and last Indoor Collegiate track season. Number 5 all time indoor 60 M Hurdle record holder. Number 9 all time indoor 400 M record holder. Had a Personal Best every week since the start of the indoor track season. Unlocked a new event (60 M Hurdles). Kept God first

A new 400 PR this week. 47.61 THANK YOU JESUS. Once I get the anterior pelvic tilt and hips under me while fatigued. I will be good. Happy that I got out strong and kept my arms big.

Another week, another PR. Indoor 400, 47.79. I need to work on accelerating through the second curve and not being so timid to make a move through the second lap because I’m strong enough and have enough endurance. But as always, thank you Jesus for the opportunities. #Athletics
