Sixers just look a step slower than the Knicks right now. We'll see if they find their legs, but it's not going well right now.

Knicks shot 13/20 in the first quarter and did not record a single offensive rebound. Sixers have to hang in on defense and bet the shooting will normalize as the game goes on.

Ugly close to the first quarter after a decent start. Knicks really shooting the hell out of it. Tyrese Maxey has taken one shot. He's gotta start forcing the issue. Sixers lucky to only be down 33-25.

After one: Sixers 25, Knicks 33. Sixers went -8 in the opening frame despite playing Joel Embiid for 11:53 of it and Karl-Anthony Towns only playing five minutes. Embiid shot 1-6 from the field but made all six of his attempts as the foul line. Jalen Brunson has 14 points.
