@HelpAtGeorge I've received an email saying my order was delayed for up to 3 days. I need a day it will be delivered as we have a funeral next week and i do not want to receive deliveries obviously on that day !!!
@SouthernRailUK To rely on overtime to run a "safe service" shows a complete failure of management and poor staffing levels . How convenient you are using the fact that your lack of staffs willingness to work extra hours are preventing you from providing trains. Maybe pay them what they are due
It’s with a heavy heart we announce we're unable to run trains to/from Brighton on Sat 5 August. An overtime ban's in place so we can't run our enhanced Pride service safely. We’re bitterly disappointed to make this decision as long-time Pride supporters.

@Georgeatasda Reason to be furious more like!! I'm shocked at the level of bad service your customer service provide. Incorrect information costing me money, will never order from asda again its been that bad
@Georgeatasda I am appalled at your customer service team, total neglect and incorrect information, 20 mile round trip in car to be told what they had told me to do I couldn't. Disgraceful.
