@MKtopfan Yep. 5 shillings (25p) a week, the Bank of England's inflation calculator says that's £26.47 It was also means-tested, so you'd ONLY get that if you earned less than £31 10s (£31.50), or £3,335.15 adjusted for inflation. AND you needed to be SEVENTY years old to get it
