What’s happening lately is exhausting. As I said before, I’m a shipper myself, but due to the things I’ve been reading daily, I started hating on the word shipping, if this is what it means for some people. It’s one thing to be delusional or create harmless theories (we all do that), it’s another thing to doubt someone who’s actually struggling and then call it a “joke” thinking that it justifies everything. When these people get called out, they use the word “joke” so as to protect their image as fans and stuff. I don’t know if it’s a matter of age or what and if anybody checks my dms I’m all for jokes and everything, but not when it comes to such sensitive issues related to health. It’s also crazy how true colors of people come out every time something is going on. Trying to enjoy the show and trying to enjoy shipping within limits is hard when the tag is filled with fights every day…

It’s insensitive to joke about someone’s health issues. Even if that wasn’t the intent, not everything should be turned into humor. Being called a liar while already vulnerable can be deeply hurtful. Celebrities are human too they deserve basic empathy and respect. #arafta

It annoys me when shipping becomes toxic. For example people blaming others for their own expectations, people turning again those they claim to support when something doesn’t fit a narrative or people acting like a relationship between two people loses its value in case it turns out it is not a romantic one. Love has many forms in this world and there is space for everyone. Typing this while being a shipper myself, it’s just that the thought of many “fans” losing their minds and attacking others every time something happens drives me crazy because as a human I can’t tolerate disrespect in any form. On top of that such behaviors ruin the vibes here. No tags no drama, just sending love to my sane people here who have to read nonsense in a daily basis. 😒

Protect them because it’s rare to witness this energy both on and off screen, especially in the industry…No matter what, it is a fact that the amount of love which they receive by fans has filled their hearts so much that there is no space for anything else. If you know your truth, when thousands of people shower you with love and support, anything else seems to be meaningless compared to all this. These two people are public figures, yes. but at the same time they’re also normal human beings like you and me. They wake up, complete their morning routine, go to work and come bask home late at night. If you love them, make them feel it even more, vote for them, hype them. If not, live and let others live. (Long essay alert lol) — I hope we can agree that a glimpse of #Arafta #MerTeş S2 is good, but too many spoilers affect the production and the viewers because of obvious reasons. Less is more. Some things are meant to be understood without words, but since Ilsu spoke, I hope you also try to understand her just a little bit more. 💖 Moving on, being an actress is a profession which requires being responsible and professional. Just like you and me or any other normal human being out there, when we work we have to make sure we do it in the right way. Same goes for her, she can’t act without thinking twice just to please others (which she still does because she’s a sweetheart), there are agencies and contracts behind it all. There’s always a reason for what’s happening and we should always put ourselves in someone’s else’s shoes before saying or doing anything. The key is trying to find a healthy balance in the middle of each situation because it’s one thing to view something from the point of view of a fan and another one to reach the other side and try to get the pov of an artist. Less demands, more understanding, less drama, more support, less waste of time and more positive campaigns, it’s all in our hands as a fandom. We can’t control the minority and feelings or opinions are valid, but let’s try to keep this environment safe and make it bearable for both of us as fans and the artists. All love! 🙏🏻
