And yet the biggest war he needs to fight is against the country's entrenched bureaucracy, judges, intelligence apparatus, former POTUS Jobama, foreign actors, Senate and Congress who used activist judges, chaos and mayhem in order to take power away from the duly elected President

I would think with all that wealth, he would use it to help people more.
Like ending deaths in car accidents, or providing affordable transport for everyone, or offering internet to isolated people groups or something.
