The brown person working behind the counter that's also your cousin hears about your first day, looks at you, shrugs, and says, “This is what they do… but don’t worry, both these groups will end up paying your benefits.” While you’re waiting in line, your local Member of Parliament walks in for a photo opportunity, shakes a few hands, looks in your direction and cheerfully wishes you a “Happy Indian Republic Day.” This is a true story. The USA and Australia need to be a melting pot which implies cultures assimilate into a single, new dominant culture, losing original identities. In contrast, multiculturalism celebrates diverse cultures existing side-by-side, retaining their distinctiveness in that same nation.

Missed a phone call, receive a text "It's urgent call me back" Call back 3 times.... No answer. Receive a call back 45 minutes later..... Here i am thinking to myself that like it's a family emergency, or someone is stuck. Eventually get the call back... Phone call most definitely wasn't urgent, just a ridiculous question. Theres nothing more I despise than this.
