We've been busy growing a human here at McZ HQ, so recipe development has slowed. Hope to be back in the game soon! Perhaps with this taco pizza. Black bean spread, ground beef, fresh mozz from @MarcootCreamery, queso fresco, lettuce, tortilla chips, hot sauce, and lime crema.

In a pursuit for alcohol-free drinks that aren't sickly sweet, we found #aperitif syrup from @giffardusa. Game changer! We mix 2 oz. of the syrup with 0.25 oz. fresh lemon juice, and top with ice and 6-8 oz. seltzer. Garnish with a lemon twist. Easy, refreshing, guilt-free!
