Vanity Fair has edited a controversial moment from their latest segment with the ‘SNL’ cast, in which Chloe Fineman reveals why she was fired as a camp counselor when she was 16. Fineman revealed she pantsed a 6-year-old boy who wasn’t wearing underpants: “I pantsed a boy and he wasn’t wearing underpants. And then a giant school bus drove by. He would like lift my shirt all the time. He was like 6… It was a different time. He would be like ‘Hey can I have a hug?’ And I’d go to hug him and then he’d lift my shirt up like a d*ck. I was like ‘I’m gonna get back at you’ and so we were on a hike, and I was like ‘Hey Ollie, go look over there it’s a hawk!’ and then I yanked his pants down. He wasn’t wearing underwear, his little ding-a-ling was out, and then these two twins were like ‘Ollie I didn’t know you didn’t wear underwear.’”

People who ask “why didn’t you fight back?” need to watch this once a day.

Sometimes male anger at ‘women getting special treatment’ reminds me of a gorilla experiment. One gorilla gets a banana every hour. The females next to him get one every four hours. Then someone decides to be ‘fairer’ and gives the females a banana every two hours instead. The original gorilla? He flips out. He’s still getting his banana every hour, but it feels like a loss because his advantage shrank. That’s how a lot of men react to basic fairness for women: not as justice, but as theft.

@spectrumarvel @BraxtonPaxton if this was a nova film or OG male mar-vell in her place, the majority of sexist men who destroyed the reviews (even before release) would’ve clapped for this movie down bad. it was a great film, people are just so negative and she did great, especially the crying scene w/ maria.

Um negócio que eu gosto muito nos X-Men é como eles carregam essa energia de família, mas não necessariamente uma família de sangue, mas aquela que escolhemos ao longo da vida. A Vampira, por exemplo, foi adotada pela Mística e Sina, e hoje é casada com Gambit, que também foi adotado pelo Jean-Luc LeBeau, líder da Guilda dos Ladrões. Agora, Vampira e Gambit ampliam ainda mais esse laço de acolhimento ao adotarem quatro novos mutantes, Arrepio, Resgate, Sonho de Morte e Calico, que bateram na porta da casa dos X-Men, em Louisiana, em busca de auxílio. Uma família linda, construída na base do acolhimento e no amor verdadeiro ❤️
