There are 2 train stations nearby already, one for Commuter Bandung Raya and the other one is for Whoosh. To build a proper a walkway and a feeder from Cimekar to GBLA are not a rocket science. On the other hand, the service of KA Bandung Raya needs to be improved (headway, comfort, safety, the station itself). That's the simplest thing, is to utilize the existing modes, and will not even take 10 years in my opinion (if they're really willing).
