@wlnel12 @Delta 1.5 hr hold then once connected with an agent I am repetitively put on hold now going on 1.5 hrs. 3 hrs and counting to try to resolve this.

I’ll also add that others in my party, all whom had credits applied as well, did not receive this “service charge”.

Are you joking with this @delta? Ticket is $246, I apply $241 in credits and you tack on a $200 “service fee”? This also wasn’t made apparent to me until I received a charge. What is this garbage?
