ED, Delhi Zonal Office has provisionally attached 126 immovable properties valued at Rs. 5046.91 Crore located at Punjab and Delhi under PMLA, 2002 in connection with its ongoing investigation into a large-scale financial fraud involving a collective investment scheme operated by M/s PACL Ltd. and related entities. In this case, ED has so far attached movable and immovable properties worth approximately Rs. 22,656.91 Crore, including assets located in India and abroad.

ED, Bhopal Zonal Office has conducted search and seizure operations under FEMA, 1999 at three premises associated with M/s Rajul Group and its partner, Priyank Mehta, in Jabalpur on 19.03.2026, in connection with the alleged misuse of the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) for acquisition of immovable properties outside India.During the search, unaccounted cash worth Rs. 31 Lakh was seized from the premises of Priyank Mehta.

ED, Bhopal Zonal Office, has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Jagdish Prasad Sarwate, former Deputy Director, Adim Jati Kalyan Vibhag (Tribal Welfare Department), Government of Madhya Pradesh, under PMLA, 2002 before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Jabalpur on 18.03.2026 in a matter related to disproportionate assets case. On being called, Jagdish Sarwate appeared before Hon’ble Court and received copy of Prosecution Complaint and Relied upon documents.

ED, Ranchi Zonal Office, has provisionally attached two immovable properties with a total value of Rs. 97.92 Lakh in the form of residential house in Sahebganj, Jharkhand, and a flat in Patna, Bihar, belonging to Manoj Kumar, former Branch Manager of State Bank of India (SBI), and his family members, under PMLA, 2002 in SBI Bank Fraud case.

ईडी, रांची ज़ोनल कार्यालय ने 17/03/2026 को पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत पीएमएलए मामलों के लिए माननीय विशेष न्यायालय, रांची के समक्ष, सुरेश प्रसाद वर्मा व अन्य (आलमगीर आलम मामला) से जुड़े एक व्यवस्थित रिश्वत रैकेट मामले में 5वीं पूरक अभियोजन शिकायत दायर की है। उक्त शिकायत में झारखंड सरकार के ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग (आरडब्ल्यूडी), ग्रामीण विकास विशेष ज़ोन (आरडएसजेड), और झारखंड राज्य ग्रामीण सड़क विकास प्राधिकरण (जेएसआर आरडीए) के 14 विभागीय इंजीनियरों और कार्मिकों को नए आरोपित (आरोपित संख्या 23–36) के तौर पर शामिल किया गया है, जिससे इस मामले में सभी अभियोजन शिकायतों में कुल आरोपितों की संख्या बढ़कर 36 हो गई है।

ईडी, चंडीगढ़ आंचलिक कार्यालय ने हरियाणा सरकार, चंडीगढ़ नगर निगम और अन्य सरकारी खातों से जुड़े 597 करोड़ रुपये (लगभग) के सार्वजनिक धन के गबन से संबंधित आईडीएफसी फर्स्ट बैंक घोटाले के संबंध में 12/3/2026 को चंडीगढ़, मोहाली, पंचकुला, गुड़गांव और बैंगलोर में 19 परिसरों में तलाशी अभियान चलाया है। तलाशी के दौरान 90 से अधिक बैंक खाते फ्रीज किए गए हैं और डिजिटल के साथ-साथ दस्तावेजी साक्ष्यों के रूप में अपराध संकेती सामग्री जब्त की गई है।

अपराध से प्राप्त आगम (पीओसी) को सही दावेदारों को वापस करने के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम में, प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी), शिमला ने मेसर्स अरविंद कास्टिंग प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामले में माननीय विशेष न्यायाधीश (पीएमएलए), धर्मशाला द्वारा पारित दिनांक 26.02.2026 के आदेश के माध्यम से भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (पीड़ित बैंक) को 1.69 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की अचल संपत्तियों को सफलतापूर्वक बहाल कर दिया है। इससे पहले, ईडी द्वारा तत्काल मामले में बैंक ऑफ इंडिया को 1.44 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की अचल संपत्तियां भी बहाल की गई थीं।

ईडी, कोच्चि आंचलिक कार्यालय ने धोखाधड़ी और जालसाजी से संबंधित मामले में पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत दिनांक 16.03.2026 के अनंतिम कुर्की आदेश के माध्यम से केरल के एर्नाकुलम जिले के मराडू जिले के कन्नाडिकाडु में स्थित मेसर्स लोकंता होटल्स एंड रिसॉर्ट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (जिसका प्रतिनिधित्व निदेशक सी.के. विजयन कर रहे हैं) के नाम पर 10.90 करोड़ रुपये की एक अचल संपत्ति को अनंतिम रूप से कुर्क कर लिया है।

ईडी, कोच्चि आंचलिक कार्यालय ने 16/3/2026 को माननीय विशेष न्यायाधीश (एसपीई/सीबीआई)-I, एर्नाकुलम के समक्ष जैस्मिन शॉ और 7 अन्य के खिलाफ पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत जैस्मिन शॉ (यूनाइटेड नर्सेस एसोसिएशन) के मामले में एसोसिएशन के फंड के दुरुपयोग के संबंध में अभियोजम शिकायत दर्ज की है।

ED, Ranchi Zonal Office, has filed a 5th Supplementary Prosecution Complaint on 17/03/2026 before the Hon’ble Special Court for PMLA Cases, Ranchi under PMLA, 2002 in the case of Suresh Prasad Verma & others (Alamgir Alam case) in a matter related to systematic commission/ bribery racket. The Complaint arrays 14 departmental engineers and officials of the Rural Works Department (RWD), Rural Development Special Zone (RDSZ), and Jharkhand State Rural Road Development Authority (JSRRDA), Government of Jharkhand, as fresh accused (Accused Nos. 23–36), taking the total number of accused across all Prosecution Complaints in this case to 36.

In a significant move to restore the Proceeds of Crime (POC) to the rightful claimants, the Hon’ble Special Judge, PMLA, Gurugram has ordered restitution of immovable properties valued at Rs.650 Crore (approx.) to 2312 genuine home buyers in the case of SRS Group vide order dated 11.03.2026.The restored properties includes flats and plots of various projects launched by SRS Group such as SRS City, SRS Pearl Floor, SRS Pearl Tower, SRS Residency, SRS Royal Hills, SRS Prime Floor, SRS Pearl Unity, SRS Affordable Housing Project, SRS Pearl Height and SRS Retreat Farms. Earlier in the case, ED had restituted 78 flats worth Rs. 20.15 Crore to genuine homebuyers. The total value of restitution/ restoration of properties in the case stands at Rs. 670 Crore (approx.).

ED, Bhopal Zonal Office has provisionally attached 11 immovable properties worth Rs. 20.59 Crore belonging to M/s Jayshri Gayatri Food Products Pvt Ltd and its Managing Director, Kishan Modi under PMLA, 2002 on 17/03/2026 in a matter related to manufacturing of adulterated dairy products by substituting milk fat with palm oil and other harmful chemicals. Earlier, ED had arrested Kishan Modi u/s 19(1) of PMLA, 2002 on 13.03.2026 whose ED custody was given till 18.03.2026. Further, the Court has sent him to Judicial Custody vide order dated 18.03.2026.

ED, Dimapur Sub Zonal Office, has provisionally attached 94 bank accounts involving Proceeds of Crime amounting to approximately Rs. 10.24 Crore under PMLA, 2002, in connection with the ongoing investigation into the HPZ Token investment scam. Total attachments in this case stands at Rs. 662 Crore (approx.) so far.

ED, Kochi Zonal Office, has filed a Prosecution Complaint on 16/3/2026 before the Hon’ble Special Judge (SPE/CBI)-I, Ernakulam against Jasminsha & 7 Others under PMLA, 2002 in the case of Jasmin Sha (United Nurses Association) in connection with misappropriation of association funds.

ED, Kochi Zonal Office has provisionally attached 01 immovable property to the extent of Rs. 10.90 Crore in the name of M/s Lokanta Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd (represented by its Director C K Vijayan) situated at Kannadikadu, Maradu, Ernakulam, Kerala vide Provisional Attachment Order dated 16.03.2026 under PMLA, 2002 in the matter related to cheating and forgery.

ईडी, रायपुर आंचलिक कार्यालय ने चिकित्सा उपकरण और री-एजेंट खरीद घोटाले के संबंध में पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत आरोपी व्यक्तियों और संस्थाओं के नाम पर छत्तीसगढ़ और महाराष्ट्र राज्यों में स्थित आवासीय भूखंडों, कारखानों, फ्लैटों आदि के रूप में लगभग 80.36 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की अचल संपत्तियों को 13.03.2026 को अस्थायी रूप से अटैच कर लिया है। इस अस्थायी कुर्की के साथ, इस मामले में कुर्क/जब्त/फ्रीज की गई संपत्तियों का कुल मूल्य लगभग 123 करोड़ रुपये हो गया है।

ईडी, रायपुर आंचलिक कार्यालय ने भारतमाला परियोजना के अंतर्गत रायपुर-विशाखापत्तनम राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजना से संबंधित भूमि अधिग्रहण मुआवजे में धोखाधड़ी के मामले में पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत 23.35 करोड़ रुपये की चल और अचल संपत्तियों को अस्थायी रूप से कुर्क कर लिया है।

ED, Raipur Zonal Office, has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties worth Rs. 23.35 Crore under PMLA, 2002, in connection with a land acquisition compensation fraud relating to the Raipur–Visakhapatnam National Highway project under the Bharatmala Pariyojana.

ED, Raipur Zonal Office, has provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs. 80.36 Crore (approx.) in the form of residential plots, factories, flats, etc., located in the States of Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra, held in the name of the accused persons and entities on 13.03.2026 under PMLA, 2002, in connection with the Medical Equipment and Re-Agent Procurement Scam. With this provisional attachment, the total value of properties attached/seized/frozen in the case stands at approximately Rs. 123 Crore.

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने मेट्रोकॉर्प इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड के मामले में विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 1999 (फेमा) की धारा 15 के अंतर्गत दिनांक 10.02.2026 को एक कंपाउंडिंग आदेश जारी किया है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप फेमा, 1999 के प्रावधानों के उल्लंघन के संबंध में कंपनी के विरुद्ध न्यायनिर्णयन कार्यवाही समाप्त हो गई है। उक्त आदेश आरबीआई द्वारा प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) से “अनापत्ति प्रमाण-पत्र” प्राप्त होने के पश्चात पारित किया गया है।
