@directsight hi my glasses were out for delivery on Sunday 21st August. I was away and told you so. My daughter now back at my house and no glasses. I’ve reported to customer service but they told me postal strikes surely this isn’t connected so long ago. What happens NOW?

@SueGalley1 Oh Sue, we’ve all been there 😩🤣 Of course you can order the same frame online using the ‘frame only’ option! Will you require us to refit your current lenses into the new frames? Doing this yourself poses risk of lens damage. Feel free to call us to discuss your options 😊
