My parents winter in Puerto Vallarta. Have for years. They are currently barricaded in their condo, the military keeping rebels from entering their property. They have food and power, and have taken in 2 women who were stranded. The street below, usually buzzing with life, is silent, apart from the odd car that drives thru. Those people driving are not brave. They are stupid. They are surrounded by rebels, beaten, their cars lit on fire. The Canadian consulate is unavailable. They are getting their information from social media and gov't websites. They are sheltering in place and say they are safe. They have not heard gunfire. We are praying the internet does not go dark. Canada will not be saving my parents or any other Canadians You can keep your elbows up, pay your excessive a taxes, mutilate your children, MAiD your elderly, bash America---and viciously mock their president because CBC told you to. The reality is, when my parents come home safe, it will be by the grace of God and the determination and heroics of America. Then this woman was going to get a fence installed, she thought her property extended a few feet more than what she thought. She arranged a meeting with the neighbor so they could agree with where the fence would be built, he kept putting her off and he was condescending to her because he was so certain that his property extended further into her yard than the thought. He tells her she should get a survey so he can see for herself where his land is. After leaving her with no options, she did just that. After the surveyor came out, it turns out her property line is actually right next to her time, turns out his trees were on her property. Now he is irate and doesn’t respect the boundary. Knowing it’s within her right to build the fence right on the property line, should she, or since it’s a neighbor will cause more headaches than what it’s worth?

On a personal note, I listened to Elizabeth May in 2019 at a Jody Wilson-Raybould campaign event during the SNC Lavalin scandal. At that time Elizabeth May openly told people at the packed event that through her political career she had witnessed 1st hand how our system was rigged by elitist insiders who controlled all the main parties through backroom deals. Liberals, Conservatives & NDP. Now Elizabeth May wears the Global Citizen pin religiously and props up WEF government after WEF government. Now she advocates on behalf of extreme criminals with links to cartels and vicious foreign gangs. It's not rocket science to deny people bail who are involved in armed robberies, home invasions, mega drug labs or who get busted trafficking drugs and people. It's not rocket science to deny bail to someone who has 5 prior criminal convictions, who commits a serious criminal offense.
