@RamVenkatSrikar It’s purely problem of having 10-15 directors (big , small old , new and wanna be ) VS 1 marketable hero…. I think this ratio is going to increase day by day and will result more and more gap for directors …

Filmmakers like Sujeeth, Rahul Sankrityan, Gowtham Tinnanuri (had Jersey remake), Venkatesh Maha (directed an anthology segment), Sandeep Raj, Sai Kiran (Masooda) Vinod Anantoju and Bharath Kamma having nearly 3 to 5 years gap between films is not a healthy sign for the filmmaking eco-system. The days of a filmmaker like Puri Jagannadh releasing multiple films in a year are long gone but if it’s taking such long time for filmmakers who have delivered hits or shown promise to materialise their next projects, it’s definitely concerning. I’m sure all of them are prepping themselves for bigger opportunities—Rahul and Ravi Kiran have films with VD coming up and Sujeeth will make a splash wherever OG comes out—but imagine how cool it would be if they got to make more films quicker.
