Today $ASTS received a monster off-balance sheet litigation asset from a US District Judge. Ligado is moving forward, and so too is a large damages lawsuit against $VSAT. $VSAT had blatantly violated a confirmed bankruptcy plan, since cured after getting smacked by multiple courts. Today we heard the judge rule in favor of $ASTS AND specifically hold back $100MM, which is viewed as conservative, for potential future damages in favor of $ASTS.

I think we just got a glimpse into Abel's long term vision for $ASTS and I'm more bullish than ever. Have you ever considered what the company does after the constellation is fully built out and operational? "We are not just building satellites, we built a new way to manufacture innovative space technology at scale." @AST_SpaceMobile is a manufacturing company. It just so happens they operate the (soon to be) most profitable satellite constellation in history. When the constellation is fully built out, manufacturing capacity will necessarily move to other projects. Other innovative space technologies. My guess is that Abel will not be finished after conquering the Direct-to-Device market, and there are more ideas cooking inside his mind. He's a visionary, an actual genius, and I don't think it ends here. There's going to be more opportunities in space, more innovative space technology that emerge. So obviously AST's advanced aerospace manufacturing capability could be able to dominate these emerging technologies. $ASTS could be even bigger than I previously imagined.

Today's the day. $CCCX redemption deadline: 5:00 PM ET. Anyone redeeming would be walking away from what might be the most fundamentally sound quantum company in the public markets. Merger vote Feb 12. Close expected shortly after, then trades as $INFQ on NYSE mid-to-late Feb. Neutral atoms, real government contracts, sensing and actual revenue - not just PowerPoint qubits. Expect volatility. SPACs always get choppy around redemption/close. That's the game. I'm holding shares and warrants through it.
