Day 19. Reta, 4mg. 3:47am. Heart rate 178. BP 180/130. Sitting upright in bed because lying down felt like drowning. Did not wake my wife. Could not explain what I had been injecting. Drove myself. Told the ER it was pharmacy tirz. They ran $11,400 of workup. Found nothing. Discharged at 7am with a referral to cardiology. Threw out $2,800 of reta that afternoon. Eight months later: the palpitations come back maybe twice a week. Cardiology calls it anxiety. It is not anxiety. My wife still thinks it was a panic attack. I will let her keep thinking that.

Parked at Walmart and some teenager in an expensive ass Lexus just parked behind me and ran his grill right into my trailer hitch and didnt even notice (he was on his phone). I get out and said "dude you just hit my truck" and he goes "no i didnt" I just point to my trailer hit firmly lodged in his grill. He then proceeded to freak out about his Lexus 😂 This was an unexpected bump to the quality of my day 😂😂

Now he’s just sitting there begging on his knees, praying nonstop, stressing, worrying, putting deadlines on it… literally manifesting the worst. Saying it over and over, feeding it every day. That’s what gets me… you’re begging to be saved while reinforcing the thing you’re scared of. Like a reverse prayer. Religion really does something to people’s minds, it’s mad to watch.
