We need the next generation of girls to be taught about PCOS, Endometriosis and all related. They can't get the same "just take panadol" energy we got. Next thing you're being rushed to surgery for things that were sidelined for years.. I hope it gets better for them..

I like when people have a strong sense of self and aren’t a caricature of others. People who take self discovery seriously. From what they like to wear, to their core beliefs. People who’re more interested in being a version that pleases them, not one that impresses the public.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This is your reminder that NO means NO, not: - convince me - beg for it - try harder - show me how much you want me - make me feel guilty If it’s not a HELL YES, it’s a NO.

Absolute judicial malpractice. This judge didn’t apply Ghanaian matrimonial law. he imposed his personal crusade against divorce. Facts: Joana Quaye co-founded Quick Credit (now Bills), was a shareholder and director, poured her time, energy, and resources into building that empire alongside her husband for years. That’s not “expecting huge monetary benefits”, that’s equitable contribution to marital assets under the law. Instead, Justice Kofi Dorgu slashes her claim from GH¢50M to an insulting GH¢300k because he wants to “discourage divorces.” Bro, you’re a judge, not a marriage counselor or a pastor. Your job is to weigh evidence of investment and contribution, not lecture that “marriage is not an investment.” That’s personal conviction masquerading as justice. When judges start legislating morality from the bench instead of applying the Matrimonial Causes Act and proven co-ownership, the entire system collapses. This isn’t rule of law — it’s rule of feelings. Women who build businesses with their husbands deserve their fair share. Denying it to “send a message” is irrational, biased, and dangerous precedent. Pull this judge up or the judiciary loses all credibility. #JusticeForJoana #RuleOfLawNotFeelings #GhanaDivorceCase

Ghanaians, Let us all speak up. They import water for themselves so they’re not bothered. Your kids cannot be born with deformities just because you drank water.
