So disappointing. Spent $1600 on a mattress yet 3.5 years later, neither @MattressFirm @SertaMattresses or @Beautyrest will warranty defective mattress due to a stain which has nothing to do with defect. Mattress has huge separation all the way to the coils. Buyer beware.

@MattressFirm Bought the purple mattress in 2019. Sagging like crazy on the right side. Had the purple mattress protector on it the entire time but Mattress Firm denied my claim due to stains. 4 year old mattress is now junk. Do not buy from Mattress Firm ever
