Yesterday our school and orphanage in Jharkhand had a visit from the Lions Club Ranchi member, Mr. Pratyush Singh under the leadership of Vikas Sir and Aarti Bhabhi. They came with sweet treats for the children. Many thanks to all the colleagues👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The Turkey team have been restocking and continuing to distribute goods to those impacted by the earthquake. We would like to thank Yasar Cinkir and his team for the amazing work they have been doing. We would also like to thank Peter Mann for his help and support🙏.

Earlier this year when the earthquake hit in Turkey, we raised funds to help those who had been impacted by the quake. This month we have begun the process of distributing items to those most in need. These supplies have been used to help 87 families 🙏

Today is Independence Day in India and all of the projects have been celebrating! There have been beautiful art works created, spirited performances, distribution of sweets and flag raising ceremonies, it has been a wonderful Independence Day celebration for everyone involved 🥳.

Mr. Satish Kapoor, Prem Kapoor and their whole family donated umbrellas to all the elderly members of our Old Age Home.

Our new venture of growing rice has proven a success. The harvest is taking place in Godisahi. Well done to staff and volunteers!

We had a delivery of five round tables and twenty chairs, for our students in Urugutu. We also acquired a new wheelchair for Meena. These were originally sent to our school in Ramgarh and have now been transported to the Urugutu school.

After disastrous weather in Urugutu destroyed the roof of our school, we are now beginning to rebuild. Thankfully no one was hurt and we hope to be up and running soon.

Our students in Godisahi have received new uniforms, courtesy of Chetna & Parvinder Singh from Delhi. Thank you for your generosity 🙏
