@HinduVoice_in Switch to the RailOne app instead of using this old IRCTC app. I don't think they would resolve any technical glitches in this Old app. So it's better if they switch to the RailOne app.

Serious scams have been happening in IRCTC Ticket booking app for the last few months. Whenever a common person tries to book a Tatkal ticket, the app stops working till tickets are available. When confirmed tickets are not available, then the app starts working. This is happening in all the trains of Sealdah-New Jalpaiguri -New Coochbehar -New Alipurduar route. When you try to book a Tatkal ticket, this pop up comes again and again. @RailMadad do something. Stop scammers from stealing tickets from common people.
