@SpiritAirlines After the experience we just had traveling with our disabled toddler, I will never fly Spirit again. I am shocked at the behavior of MULTIPLE agents. Looking to file an ADA complaint to prevent this from happening to others. Shame on you!

@SpiritAirlines Spirit let us stranded in the airport, didn't want to check us in, despite we had paid for our ticket , and were on time making lines. They just decided they wanted to do our check in, when the plane had close. Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional employees.

@SpiritAirlines My baggage did not arrive and now after filing a report with the police and reaching out to the airline the same day of the incident they told me to file a claim but the system doesn't let me and when I reach out to the customer service they can't help. Horrible service

@SpiritAirlines I still haven’t gotten reimbursed for my infants lost car seat. Its almost been one month since you guys lost it. Mind you our stroller was also broken on that same flight. After a 10 hr delay.
