The U.S. attack and illegal seizure of Iran’s commercial vessel “Toska,” and the taking of its crew hostage on 19 April in the Sea of Oman—while carrying critical dialysis supplies and medical equipment—constitutes a flagrant breach of international law, including the peremptory prohibition of aggression, human rights and the right to life.
This coercive and unlawful act endangers lives, undermines freedom of navigation, and places vulnerable patients at grave risk. The perpetrators must be held accountable.

@djVickon @Iran_UN I should be the one advising you to differentiate between the Arabian Sea and the strait of homuz. Under international law every country claims 12 nautical miles as territorial waters and this makes the strait not an international waters. You’re just a dumb pseudo intellectual !

@RepJeffries It's sad that you don't support a movement that will benefit your country in the long run

@PChandr43659403 @Iran_UN Read more how and why the international law applies to the strait

@djVickon @Iran_UN The strait is not an international water way. It falls completely within Iran and Oman territorial waters. They did not hinder movement or charge tolls in spite of the heavy sanctions the west imposed on them. Now the world has to pay for the USIS Axis of Evil's acts of terror.

Why has the strait been an international water way?
