Session of weights followed by an 8 minute run. I needed that this morning.

I'm looking forward to the gym opening in the morning. I'm not doing well, and I really need a good session in the morning.

Running with an injury then my knee popped out. It was still a great time despite that, and I completed my 3rd Park Run..

Sad at the passing of my good friend. Mates since the late 80s. A top bloke who sadly fell on hard times. I will miss out chats and phone calls thats for sure. RIP Rob
