NEW: Georgia high school quarterback gives his homecoming crown to the team's top fan, a boy with Down Syndrome. Roswell quarterback Trey Smith (@_treysmith1) was seen putting his crown on the head of senior Jake Jeffries. Jeffries never missed a football game in the four years he has been at the school and now helps the team by filling up water bottles for the players. God bless them both.
