@UrbanLadder No it’s not. The two drawers of the bed is still not delivered, it’s 2024 Jan now. I am waiting since 31st Oct 2023. You are sending faulty parts for the 5th time! Ridiculous!!

@UrbanLadder Somebody please help. A bed was delivered on 2nd Dec, at the time of assembling they realised that some parts were missing (!). And now my whole flat is in a mess with scattered parts, no sign of missing parts. Nothing more than a blame game is on within the team.

@UrbanLadder It’s becoming too frustrating for me. I ordered some furnitures on 31st Oct2023, they sent me faulty and damaged parts 5times, now this is Jan2024 and my order is still not delivered. I use to think that @UrbanLadder is a reputed company, turned out to be the worst
