AI is changing how hiring works — but for freshers, the real question is: Can AI make resume screening more transparent, fair, and useful? I just published a research paper on: AI-Powered Resume Screening and Job Matching System for Freshers In this paper, I explored how an AI-based system can help students, freshers, and early-career developers by using: Resume parsing NLP-based skill extraction Semantic job matching Match score generation Missing skill analysis Resume improvement feedback Job recommendation logic The goal is not to replace recruiters. The goal is to build a smarter support system where freshers can understand: Why their resume is not getting shortlisted Which skills are missing Which jobs match their profile How they can improve before applying For recruiters, this type of system can reduce manual screening time and make candidate shortlisting more structured. This research is also connected to my vision for CampusHire — helping students and freshers find better career opportunities with practical, transparent, and technology-driven solutions. One rejection does not define your career. One ignored application does not mean you are not skilled. Keep improving. Keep applying. Keep building. Keep learning. Your first opportunity comes from consistency.

Reply with your tech stack. I’ll suggest what type of fresher roles you should target. Example: React + Node.js → MERN Intern / Junior Full Stack Java + Spring Boot → Java Backend Intern HTML + CSS + JS → Frontend Intern

Freshers, here is a simple job search routine: Morning: check new jobs Afternoon: improve one project Evening: apply to 5 relevant roles Night: learn one interview topic Repeat for 30 days. You will be ahead of most candidates.

I’m building CampusHire because many students and freshers struggle to find the right opportunities. The problem is not always talent. Sometimes the problem is access, clarity, and direction. CampusHire is my attempt to solve that.

A fresher does not need 10 technologies. A fresher needs: Strong fundamentals 1 main tech stack 2-3 good projects Clean resume Basic interview preparation Consistency That is enough to start.

Freshers should check job openings daily. Not once a week. Not only when motivated. Not only after seeing someone else get placed. Consistency wins. CampusHire is here to make that habit easier.
