I noticed my checking account at @WellsFargo had 4 unauthorized withdrawals. I filed a claim within 48 hours and was assured I would get my money returned. Now Wells Fargo is refusing to return my money. I filed a police report and now I am switching banks after 40 years. Bummed

Story time: There are two bridges we take when crossing back into America. There are 3-4 lines crossing into America on both bridges. I just happened to pick the slowest line. The slowest line is usually an indication that the border patrol agent is either new or a jerk. In my case, a jerk. I hand over my passport, my wife’s visa, and my kids’ birth certificates to the agent. Agent: What’s your name? Me: Jared Agent: Where you going? Me: San Antonio Agent: You’re not supposed to cross this bridge. With birth certificates you can only cross through bridge 2. Me: Really? Agent: *being a douche* Yes, it’s always been like that. Me: Really? I didn’t know that. Agent: *doubling down on the doucheness* Why do you think I’m telling you this? I’m telling you so you know. Me: Ooook. Agent: Roll the back window down. Me: *rolls back window* Agent talking to my son: What’s your name? Me: *disliking that he’s talking to my children* Son: *says his name* Agent: *asks again* What’s your name? Son: *says his name again* Agent: What’s your name? My other son: *says his name* Agent to me: Why don’t you have passports for them? Me: We don’t need them.
