Even if you actually believe that idolatry is demonic, it doesn’t take much brains to understand that it means a lot to the people worshiping them. And when you call something that a person deeply values, reveres, and lives for, as demonic and worthy of destruction, then the same sentiments only will be reciprocated to you. If you take pride in iconoclasm, it is natural that those who worship icons and revere them only will hate you back and do everything to protect their religion and want your religion destroyed wherever they are. And then, your ilk innocently complain about why there is so much phobia and persecution for your religion across the globe.

I don't think the country feels as strongly about the Women's Reservation Bill as Narendra Modi ji obviously does.

I am sceptical of the assumption that the Opposition Parties will face any negative impact from ensuring the failure of the Women's Reservation Bill.
Genuinely don't think women at large care much about it. Simply because it isn't something that affects them much in any manner.
I could be wrong.
But it doesn't seem like an issue that invokes strong emotions in people either way.
