veganism is not inherently a morally superior position. the vegetables and fruits you consume are also harvested via immense cruelty & exploitation, not to even mention indigenous practices or food deserts. if you care about animals, the position to take is anti-capitalism.

@Kid_Ulysses A buddy of mine had the same problem years back & managed to find a few other like-minded folks in his area to form a little hiking/camping group. They’d plan trips together & usually work out transportation as a group.

@dkpmason I live in a dense urban area with no garden at my building. During the first year of COVID, I bought a massive amount of survival and camping gear. I can't tell you what I'd do to get into the woods and do at least a couple weeks of primitive camping.
I don't have a car. So.
