Years ago? It was just the last election. Connie received the endorsement of almost every local progressive group and you are essential laughing at most of the progressives in the city who opposed neoliberal taking over the city. The charts shows the city voted progressive prior to last election. Now, the city votes neoliberal. You do not care. From your responses, did you vote or donate to Lurie, Mahmood, and Lai. How many local progressive group endorsed Saikat? How many unions?

You just admitted he says one thing but does another. All the progressives in the city opposed Lurie for Mayor, yet Saikat voted for him. He still say Lurie is ok as mayor, and says Bilal Mahmood is as progressive as Dean Preston. Saikat donated to Mahmood’s campaign. Mahmood has one the most corporate voting records in the city and is working with Lurie to cut taxes for the rich .

@jung_leland @Bear_Moder @RileyTX Seems like you’re ascribing a lot of Lurie’s policies to Saikat, which is strange because Saikat is explicitly for a billionaire tax and higher taxes on the rich generally. And sue me for not caring that he hasn’t held a “mass event”, whatever that means, in the last 5 years.

@Bear_Moder @RileyTX What has he done for the district besides voting for our billionaire mayor who is pro-police, opposes the billionaires’ tax, and is trying to lower taxes for the rich? Have you been to any mass event for a progressive policy that he has spoken at in the last 5 years?
