@alphafcxyz @AlfretonTownFC The reason we have ended up getting relegated, is down to poor planning last pre season, it's happening again, that's if we've got a club to support next season, it's all very very concerning

After reviewing the final result, we do not believe this amount provides @AlfretonTownFC with the capital required to meaningfully improve operations. In the club’s best interests, and out of fairness to participants, we will be refunding the sale. USDC contributions have been automatically refunded to the wallets they were sent from. We still believe the future of club ownership is tokenized, distributed, and more open to supporters around the world. We’ll go back to the drawing board, learn from this process, and keep pushing toward that future.

Tough one to swallow on Saturday. Played 100+ games for this club and relegation hurts… Thank you to the supports who gave us everything this season home and away even when performances weren’t necessarily there. Look forward to seeing what opportunities come in the summer

For the token sale to raise capital, it has to be open to the world. This is the pathway @AlfretonTownFC needs to take to generate the capital necessary to truly compete. Local fans will get 10% for FREE, but can buy as much as they want on the open market. Regulations prohibit us from marketing the sale to UK users. Every person who owns club tokens will be incentivized to vote in the best interest of the club, and their voting power is proportionate to their ownership.

I’m a @ChesterfieldFC fan. I have a fondness for local teams, @AlfretonTownFC included. Which is why the @alphafcxyz tokenisation deserves a straight look. Blockchains can genuinely empower fan ownership. This isn’t that. The $ATFC allocation: Local fans: 10% Public sale: 69% (UK residents geoblocked under FCA rules) AlphaFC ecosystem fund: 10% Club reserve: 6% Liquidity: 5% Actual supporters get 10% of the vote on their own club. They cannot carry a motion, cannot block one. The 69% public sale flows to US and APAC crypto buyers with no connection to Derbyshire. The AlphaFC CEO is also the Alfreton chairman. His platform company holds the 10% ecosystem allocation and will vote it on the proposal to re-elect himself. Self-dealing in token form. The CLG that owns the ground, pays the players and actually is the football club holds 6%. Less than the gesture allocation to supporters. A National League North club has been turned into a credibility layer for a Solana marketing play by @phantom, @Raydium and @bonk_inu. The fan ownership language is how that gets past the press, the regulator and the town.
